Here is the translation of the first link from alwaysthankfull's post. It's just from a stock analysis company. But not sure what is up with this information because there is a discrepancy in the reference to price--not sure what that is all about. Is there a different Solaris Power Cells? His second link is old from August and not worth posting. The third link just states there is a share exchange with SPCL and Pixelmags and has a link to a filing. Here's his first link translated. It is dated September 13, 2018.
